We take pride in consistently delivering superior and reliable service, a broad scope of services and an exemplary safety record.  We’re currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist Lead,  This will be a remote.  

 

The Talent Acquisition Specialist Lead is responsible for full lifecycle (high volume) recruitment activities within a Division and or Business Unit.

Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Specialist

  • Leads high volume, full life-cycle recruitment team and processes across BUs and/or Regions
  • Executes strategy for high volume non-exempt roles
  • Builds collaborative partnerships by providing astounding, internal customer service
  • Owns the Talent Acquisition process from inception through onboarding by BU and/or Region
  • Completes visual review, phone screen & initiates onsite interview process
  • Sourcing Enthusiast, ability to build robust & diverse pipelines of qualified talent
  • Approaches Talent Acquisition strategy with a data based mentality, Subject Matter Expert
  • Provides Talent Acquisition Metrics & Reports as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Minimum 3 years Talent Acquisition experience (high volume or staffing agency) is required
  • Leads with influence & market knowledge vs. authority
  • Dynamic relationship builder, has “earned the right” to sit at the table
  • Experienced with Applicant Tracking Systems, iCIMS experience is a plus
  • Intense understanding of the following; CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Zip, Indeed, Text Recruit
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven culture
  • Proficient in Outlook & MS Office suite of products
  • Elegant communication is mandatory
  • Intensity & tenacity is welcomed
