As Low Voltage Technician (Field), you will be responsible for supporting the Deployment and Support Engineers and Development Engineers.  These efforts are integrally involved in bringing new cutting-edge solutions to life. Responsibilities

  • Pull, route, or label CAT5 or CAT6 cable.
  • Test build calibrate and troubleshoot issues.
  • Repair related poles and towers to resolve cable issues.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of cable lines to ensure the system is working correctly.
  • Use of hand tools and power tools.
  • Coordinating and Assisting with the Deployment and Support Engineering team as needed to support the growing business.
  • Coordinating and Assisting Technology Team Development Engineers and Development efforts at the Odessa, FL.
  • Various other duties and responsibilities as required.

 

Qualifications

 

Qualifications

  • High School diploma.
  • Mechanical Aptitude.
  • Willingness and desire to learn and grow.
  • Valid US driver’s license.
  • Authorized to work in the USA without Visa sponsorship.
  • Pull, route, or label CAT5 or CAT6 cable
  • Test build calibrate and troubleshoot issues
  • Repair related poles and towers to resolve cable issues
  • Conduct thorough inspections of cable lines to ensure the system is working correctly
  • Use of hand tools and power tools

 

Nice to Have

  • Experience and/or understanding of basic mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Knowledgeable of NEC guidelines
  • Experience and/ or Training in electronics 

 

Travel:  Minimal and as required.
