Overview

ConGlobal is seeking a Director, Implementation & Deployment Services, to join our Implementation and Deployment team focusing on the Functional Implementation of our Advanced Solutions.  The ideal candidate will have a good mix of technical and business acumen, with the ability to lead / guide the Functional Implementation of Advanced Technology Solutions in our internal operations and with external organizations to bring ConGlobal technology solutions to the market.  This will be 100% remote role.

Responsibilities

  • The role has responsibility for customer relationship management, internal and external, while ensuring our Technology Products are Integrated into operations and meeting / exceeding KPIs, Objectives, Expectations!
  • Serves as escalation point for issue resolution.
  • Attending and leading Customer Project Meetings.
  • Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor of customers, internal and external.
  • Oversee existing customer base – monitor upgrade review.
  • Provides industry expertise in relation to client’s business.
  • Develops scheduling commitments to internal and external customers and is responsible for achieving those commitments.
  • Leads functional product implementation activities of ConGlobal technology solutions for assigned projects.
  • Coordinate with internal organizations such as sales, product development and operations
  • Develop detailed site SOP’s and ensure these processes are being followed through by customer.
  • Analyze operational workflow pre and post integration while providing recommended courses of action to customer.
  • Define and maintain the KPI/ROI metrics for prospects and customers, ensure it is constantly updated as part of the implementation of the solution, so customers can realize the ROI from implementing ConGlobal’s technology solutions
  • Define and manage product requirements needed to successfully implement the sold solution for the customers.
  • Ensure As-is and To-be operational workflow is identified early in the implementation and maintained as new solutions are implemented and learnings from the prior implementations
  • Ensure alignment and report on ROI metrics proposed with initial sales along with defining and updating new metrics as necessary
  • Participate in demonstration and sales activities, as requested, document solution to be provided for successful deployment of ConGlobal’s technology solutions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent
  • Professional experience with deploying technology-based hardware and software solutions
  • Experience managing technology development projects that include a mix of internal teams and third-party providers
  • Demonstrated success deploying technology solutions to customer sites
  • Demonstrated history of growing and developing internal teams
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, oral and written, for interaction at all levels, both within and outside the company, to achieve goals and objectives
  • Proven ability to work with a variety of departments and personnel, including influencing without authority, success working in a matrix organization, and as an individual contributor
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with intermodal, port, and distribution center environments, workflows, and regulations

  • Experience deploying web, mobile, or embedded software in a professional environment
  • This job can be performed remotely, but additional consideration may be given to those living in the Dallas/Fort Worth area
