We take pride in consistently delivering superior and reliable service, a broad scope of services and an exemplary safety record.  We’re currently seeking to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist. This position will be hybrid at one of the approved ConGlobal corporate locations.

 

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full lifecycle (high volume) recruitment activities within Business Units.

Responsibilities

  • Executes High volume, full life-cycle recruitment process across BUs and/or Regions.
  • Builds collaborative partnerships by providing internal customer service.
  • Completes visual review, phone screen & initiates onsite interview process.
  • Ability to build robust & diverse pipelines of qualified talent through passive sourcing techniques.
  • Acts as Subject Matter Expert with a data-based mindset.
  • Provides Talent Acquisition Metrics & Reports as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Ability to work hybrid or in office as required.
  • Minimum 3 years Talent Acquisition experience (high volume or staffing agency) is required.
  • Leads with influence & market knowledge.
  • Dynamic relationship builder.
  • Experienced with Applicant Tracking Systems, iCIMS experience is a plus.
  • Highly proficient/ knowledgeable using the following: CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Zip, Indeed, Text Recruit.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven culture.
  • Proficient in Outlook & MS Office suite of products.
  • Exceptional communication skills are mandatory.
  • A true sense of urgency is required -Intensity & tenacity is welcomed.
