We take pride in consistently delivering superior and reliable service, a broad scope of services and an exemplary safety record.  We are seeking a proactive results-driven strategic Recruiter to partner closely with our business leaders and hiring teams to drive the recruitment and hiring of exempt (operations, professional and leadership) roles across the organization.

 

The Recruiter will be a key partner in shaping the talent acquisitions strategy for exempt roles. The preferred candidate will work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their unique needs, develop tailored recruiting strategies, and attract top-tier candidates who align with both the technical and cultural requirements of the organization. This collaborative role will use expertise to drive recruitment processes, promote a positive candidate experience, and ensure our talent pipeline is diverse, inclusive, and aligned with our long-term business goals. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of organizational needs, have a fondness for using their network and resources to hunt for the best candidates, an analytical approach to talent selection, and the ability to deliver high-impact recruitment outcomes in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.

 

The ideal candidate will work on-site in Chicago, IL or Fort Worth, TX with the ability to move to a hybrid on-site/remote schedule pending work performance and following successful completion of an introductory period.

Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership

  • Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, HR, and hiring managers to understand organizational goals, workforce planning needs, and talent gaps.
  • Proactively source and identify high-quality candidates using a variety of channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social media, industry events, etc.) and build a strong network of top talent.

Full-Cycle Recruitment

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for operations, specialized and leadership roles (exempt positions), ensuring that sourcing, interviewing, and hiring processes are executed efficiently and effectively.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including direct sourcing, networking, and talent mapping, to identify high-caliber candidates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to align on role specifications, job descriptions, and hiring priorities.

Market & Data Driven Recruitment

  • Keep current on trends and salary benchmarks to provide insights and guidance to hiring managers and HR teams.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and candidate data to identify opportunities for process improvements and optimize the candidate’s experience.

Process Improvement

  • Continuously assess and enhance recruitment processes to improve efficiency, candidate experience, and quality of hire. Provide feedback and recommendations to improve the overall hiring process.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and internal standards, maintaining a fair and equitable recruitment process.

Partnership

  • Represent ConGlobal as an employer of choice, promoting our culture and values through interactions with candidates, events, and on social media platforms.
  • Foster a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach across departments to build alignment and ensure recruitment efforts are integrated with broader business initiatives.
  • Executes recruiting related projects and other day-to-day tasks as needed, acting as a recruiting subject matter expert in support of the broader recruiting team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree is required, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years’ experience in recruiting, or in a similar scope of responsibility, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to think strategically, anticipate business needs, and align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
  • Proficiency in advanced sourcing techniques and tools, including social media recruiting, direct sourcing, and networking.
  • Strong understanding of market trends and talent acquisitions best practices in recruitment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with senior leadership and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple, complex recruitment processes simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
