Container Chassis Helper

• Assists our Journeyman Container/ Chassis mechanics in performance of their duties.  

• May be assigned general sanitation, cleanup duties and steam cleaning.

• Other assigned tasks

• Minimum of 1-year verifiable mechanic/welding experience in ANY industry
• Ability to lift more than 50lbs
• Open availability required
• Willingness to work in varying weather conditions
• Must have own hand tools
• Valid Driver’s License
• Must pass a pre-employment background verification, physical and drug screening
  • The Federal Rail Administration sets and enforces safety regulations and standards for railroad operations. Use of cannabis is strictly prohibited. If applicable for the position you are applying to, and if you are offered the position, you will have to take and pass a drug screen.
