We’re currently seeking to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist. This position will be hybrid out of our Fort Worth office.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full lifecycle (high volume) recruitment activities within their assigned Business Units.

Responsibilities

  • Executes high volume, full life-cycle recruitment process across business units and/or regions.
  • Completes visual review of resumes, phone screens candidates and initiates onsite interview process in accordance with the hiring manager’s availability.
  • Monitors hiring process to ensure accuracy and efficiency, supporting pre-hire clearance and onboarding steps for each candidate and hiring manager. Acts as a stopgap to ensure all individuals are hired in-line with policy, process and legal compliance expectations.
  • Builds collaborative relationships by providing internal customer service, partners closely with the operational team to gain a thorough understanding of the needs of the role, culture of the team, and expectations of the department.
  • Has the ability to build robust and diverse pipelines of qualified talent through both active and passive sourcing techniques. Builds partnerships with technical training centers, school programs, local government career programs, etc. to understand the pipeline of candidates in each assigned region.
  • Supports hiring events as needed which may require periodic travel. Assists operating teams with logistics, candidate coordination, and all necessary follow-up to ensure events are successful.
  • Acts as subject matter expert with a data-based mindset, provides talent acquisition metrics and reports as needed.
  • Completes other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED required, college education preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ Talent Acquisition experience (high volume recruiting or staffing agency) is required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to work hybrid (two days per week) after training period is complete, or in office as needed. Ability to travel periodically, less than 10% of the time.
  • Leads with influence and market knowledge, dynamic relationship builder.
  • Keen ability to focus on detail, understand, and follow process.
  • Experienced with Applicant Tracking Systems, iCIMS experience is a plus.
  • Highly proficient/ knowledgeable using the following: CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, Indeed.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high turnover and safety conscious culture.
  • Proficient in Outlook and Microsoft Office suite of products.
  • Exceptional communication skills are mandatory using all forms of communication – email, text message, phone calls, and Teams meetings.
